Service tax is statutory requirement imposed by the Central Government. The present prescribed rate is 12.36% However, minimum wages, ESI & EPF Contributions and other statutory minima specified, the tax is also subject to revisions. We request that the client also undertake to pay compensations necessitated by any revisions in the future.
