Induction will include selection of personnel from existing guards, new recruitment, site-related training, Client premise orientation and finally familiarization of the posts. This normally takes 10 days of organized activity and we request you to permit us a lead-in period of 10 working days to ensure that transition is smooth and trouble free.

1.      Service tax will be levied extra at existing rate of 12.36%.

2.      The package offered is comprehensive and, includes supervision, ESI, EPF, Minimum wages etc.

3.      Any change in statutory rates in any of the Government norms will be charged

from the client with effect from the dates of its applicability.

4.      Offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue of this letter
