. Quality Service Deliverables & Tangible Solutions.

The Client lays down his list of desired deliverables, and these are carefully scrutinized at our end with a view to make result oriented measures for installing at the new post. Our solutions for each of the deliverables are cast for effective and dependable vigilance in the worst-case scenario. Once installed, the solution is monitored and audited and the results are debated with the client for any upgrading.

Given the need for common minimum performance from the moment of takeover of a site we lay down minimum objectives in our recruitment, training, operational & administrative fields. This, for example, an average Guard shall be a matriculate, trained in security aspects, 5'7" tall with good eyesight & physique and have a uniform pattern of appearance & on-site conduct.

II
The System strives to concentrate for ideas and solutions in Key-Result Areas (KRA's) which our present clients have upgraded· exponentially to suit their operating mechanism in terms of Personnel, Hardware, and Software management in the light of advances in modern day Security Concepts.

3.        Modular Process Control
In order to be in Sync with management, security must focus its ability to think out of the box and be in loop at all times for more effective systems and better utilization of resources. The fundamental Modules to base its services to the client would be;

a.   Respect for client's sensitivities
b.   Functionality of the system and its known limitations
c.   Result driven & flexible, options
d.   Need to bridge security concerns
e.   Proactive & developed solutions
f.    Definite Game-Plan

We work on proactive and preventive mechanism based on continuous monitoring to regulate and streamline the applied solutions. The structure will depend on our ability to;
a.    Audit & Identify loopholes in existing security set-up.
b.    Provide specific & innovative solutions to correct these concerns.
c.    Implement changes swiftly and efficiently.
d.    Educate all concerned of the changes and new procedures.

The audits are carried out by senior officials of Squard Guard management and will take into consideration feed-back received from the Client and;
a.    Surprise Visits/ Night Checks
b.    Mock fire, evacuation, bomb scare etc. drills
c.    Emergency Procedures and practices
d.    Pilferage Control
e.    Preplanned Audit visits

Tangible progress must measure against, success in KRA's of Service Deliverables. Therefore the KRA's are identified in the early phases and time frames laid down to achieve desired results. This also clearly defines the scope of work and makes the services to be delivered distinct and well stated. Time frames for identified KRA's will be prioritized as Immediate, short term (3-4 months), medium term (7-9 months) and long term. Solutions to these would be taken up either as interlinked or stand-alone activity.
