The Client lays down his list of desired deliverables, and these are
carefully scrutinized at our end with a view to make result oriented measures
for installing at the new post. Our solutions for each of the deliverables are
cast for effective and dependable vigilance in the worst-case scenario. Once
installed, the solution is monitored and audited and the results are debated
with the client for any upgrading.

a uniform pattern of appearance & on-site conduct.

Tangible progress must measure against, success in KRA's of Service
Deliverables. Therefore the KRA's are identified in the early phases and time
frames laid down to achieve desired results. This also clearly defines the
scope of work and makes the services to be delivered distinct and well stated.
Time frames for identified KRA's will be prioritized as Immediate, short term (3-4 months), medium term (7-9 months) and
long term. Solutions to these would be taken up either as interlinked or
