Squard Guard Facility Services is leading Security Service Provider and we take this opportunity to introduce ourselves through the enclosed proposal for extending our Professional service at your disposal.

Squard lays stress on quality Service Deliverables and our Security Mechanism is designed to be proactive Trigger Situations, People, Process, available Infrastructure and the demanding needs of the client.

While innovative ideas and tailor-made solutions form the basis of our service philosophy our Endeavour is to provide value addition to the service for rapid and effective implementation. Further, apart from legal and ethical respect and safety of the environment, we are compliant with all norms and statutory dictates imposed by State/Central Governments such as ESI, EPF and Minimum wages and so on.

Deployment:- Our first concern on receipt of your letter of intent is to understand overall security task and interface of other clients/ departments. These vital inputs are taken from Client meetings at different levels e.g. stores receipt, custom bonding etc. and an in depth site survey. Based on this we make ready the Security manual, Post Instruction, Recruitment and Training Plans and finally the site orientation for the Guards, Field checkers and the rest of our operational set-up. This usually has a lead in period of 10 day during which time we cater to uniforms, necessary documentation, ESI/ EPF, minimum wages, leave, rotation, discipline and body language of the selected personnel.

Payments:- Security is a manpower intensive industry and it is important to make timely payments of Wages, ESI and EPF Challan as per strict laid down norms. We request the FULL payment of billed amount of services rendered be made within 7 days of receipt of the invoices. It may be borne in mind that the Client as user is the Prime Employer of the Guards and Squard Guard fulfills all requirements on behalf of the client.
