Based on this we make ready the Security manual, Post Instruction, Recruitment and Training Plans and finally the site orientation for the Guards, Field checkers and the rest of our operational set-up. This usually has a lead in period of 10 day during which time we cater to uniforms, necessary documentation, ESI/ EPF, minimum wages, leave, rotation, discipline and body language of the selected personnel. Payments:- Security is a manpower intensive industry and it is important to make timely payments of Wages, ESI and EPF Challan as per strict laid down norms. We request the FULL payment of billed amount of services rendered be made within 7 days of receipt of the invoices. It may be borne in mind that the Client as user is the Prime Employer of the Guards and Squard Guard fulfills all requirements on behalf of the client. The Client lays down his list of desired deliverables, and these are carefully scrutinized at our end with a view to make result oriented measures for installing at the new post. Our solutions for each of the deliverables are cast for effective and dependable vigilance in the worst-case scenario. Once installed, the solution is monitored and audited and the results are debated with the client for any upgrading.

Given the need for common minimum performance from the moment of takeover of a site we lay down minimum objectives in our recruitment, training, operational & administrative fields.
